Media Agency Veteran Brandt To Lead Media For AbelsonTaylor's ATActivate

Chicago-based healthcare marketing company AbelsonTaylor Group has hired media agency veteran Sara Brandt as senior vice president, head of media for its media division ATActivate. The agency said the role is new. 

Brandt will oversee all aspects of media strategy, planning, and activation within ATActivate. She will lead a team across print, digital, video, search, and social media channels and will also play a key role in new business efforts as well as expanding the agency’s media offerings for existing clients.

Brandt previously served as senior vice president-head of video strategy and investment at Publicis Health Media, where she is credited with building the agency’s video investment practice. 

Previously, Brandt held senior roles at Omnicom’s OMD and WPP’s Mindshare, where she worked with clients including Abbott, Kimberly-Clark, Walgreens, Essilor, and Unilever.  

Currently ATActivate manages and estimated $50 million in annual billings. The agency declined to name any of its clients, saying it didn’t have permission to do so.
