Havas Monday announced the acquisition
of Australia-based independent media agency Kaimera, which will join the Havas Media Network, bringing Havas ANZ's local staff to 450.
Terms were not disclosed, but Kaimera was founded in 2016
and has a staff of 50-plus operating out of offices in Sydney and Melbourne, and Aukland, New Zealand, and services a roster including Nando's, Scape, IMB Bank, Afterpay and BritBox.

Nick Behr and Trent McMillan will remain in their current roles, reporting to Havas ANZ Group CEO James Wright.
