According to
the company, it’s built as an end-to-end operating system to help sales operations book appointments, drive conversion, resolve questions and handle customer
concerns.

And it can do so in any language and respond instantly 24/7.
According to the company, the platform has an agent studio
that lets users create, train and manage enterprise-grade voice and chat agents via an interface that can adjust for tone, logic and workflows for sales/revenue, customer
support, payments/operations and more.
Powered by Stagwell’s proprietary data and designed for personalization, the company says the platform learns from every
interaction to deliver responses shaped around individual customers.
Stagwell CEO Mark Penn says the platform “opens up a huge new market for us.
