WPP's India Leader Stepping Down In March

WPP’s longtime country manager for India—CVL Srinivas-- is retiring in March. The search for his successor is ongoing. 

During his 20-year tenure at the company, India grew to become a top four market for the holding company by revenue with more than 11,000 employees.

Under his leadership, WPP established three campuses in the country in Mumbai, Gurgaon and Chennai. 

The WPP India Foundation, which Srinivas chaired, expanded its reach supporting nearly 20,000 children.   

WPP CEO Cindy Rose stated, “Srini is a truly outstanding leader whose vision has been instrumental in transforming India into one of WPP’s most important and dynamic markets globally. He has not only delivered exceptional growth but has also built an incredible culture of collaboration and innovation.”
