Stagwell agency Code And Theory is creating a new
creative enterprise division and has tapped agency veteran Harsh Kapadia to launch and lead it.
The unit is being designed to support the agency’s growing enterprise relationships,
including those with Adobe and IBM and evolving how it brings creativity into transformation programs.

Kapadia joins Code and Theory after serving as Chief Creative Officer of WPP’s Grey
India, returning to New York with a two-decade career including leadership roles across Asia, Australia, Europe and North America.
He has worked with brands like Google, Kraft, US
Postal Service, Reckitt, P&G, Motorola, New Balance and more.
Earlier he served in senior creative roles at MRM and VML.
