Extending more into the rapidly
growing U.S. sports media market, subscription-based digital sports streaming service DAZN is buying EverPass Media, a media distributor of live sports going into bars, restaurants, hotels, casinos,
and fitness centers.
One major core EverPass program is as the exclusive commercial distributor of “NFL Sunday Ticket.” YouTube owns the residential-home TV rights to “NFL
Sunday Ticket.”
EverPass started up in 2023 through partnership with 32 Equity, the investment arm of NFL, and private equity firm RedBird Capital Partners. In 2024, TKO Group Holdings,
the owners of UFC and WWE, also became an investor in EverPass.
In addition to the NFL Sunday Ticket, EverPass distributes multiple sports packages to commercial venues, aggregating content
under bundles such as Peacock Sports Pass (Premier League, Big Ten); and ESPN+ for Business (NHL, LaLiga). It also has distributor deals with Apple TV and Prime Video.
