As consumers continue to pinch pennies, they're becoming more decisive about where they spend their restaurant dollars.

Chick-fil-A showed the "strongest consumer ratings across all major metrics, from food quality to value and experience," according to Datassential.

The chicken chain actually beat out all QSRs with a customer satisfaction score of 83, despite experiencing the "slowest growth in 20 years."

For customer experience, Outback Steakhouse came out on top, followed by Red Robin, TGI Fridays, Applebee's and Olive Garden.
