    Beating analysts' expectations, the social media giant revealed on Wednesday that it had revenue of $2.5bn in the first quarter, aided by strong growth in its mobile advertising. The company reported that mobile advertising represented approximately 59% of the total advertising revenue for 2014, up from around 30% the same time last year.
