The Canadian airline WestJet is launching an ad campaign depicting true experiences of employees who go above and beyond to assist guests.
The campaign focuses on WestJet's caring culture and
guest experience. "Every year we receive thousands of emails and letters from our guests telling us how WestJetters went out of their way to make their experience extra-special," said Lauri Feser,
WestJet vice rresident, marketing.
The campaign which runs through June 29, includes commercials that will air on national TV and in movie theaters across Canada, as well as online, digital
