Global energy company Reliant is supporting several events during the 2013 NBA All-Star game in Houston, including NBA All-Star Jam Session, the NBA Cares All-Star Day of Service, and the NBA All-Star 5K Race. 

During the NBA Cares All-Star Day of Service on Friday, Feb. 15, Reliant will team up with the league in a community project involving former NBA players, staff, partners, and volunteers on refurbishing parks and playgrounds. 

Reliant is also sponsoring the NBA All-Star Jam Session, to be held at the George R. Brown Convention Center. Reliant will offer 3,000 free special access tickets to a private hour at NBA All-Star Jam Session before the doors open to the general public on Feb. 16.
