With the acquisition of SQ1, a digital-marketing services and analytics agency, Ansira Partners Inc. is now one of the top 10 independent digital agencies in the U.S.
Ansira -- an integrated, data-driven and real-time customer engagement marketing agency -- says it has more than 750 team members and offices in 11 cities across the country, making it one of the top three independent CRM and directing marketing agencies.
When the acquisition closes, Ansira’s combined annual revenue will total roughly $125 million.
Tom Cole, Ansira chief development officer, said clients can expect better marketing performance.
This acquisition brings new capabilities to Ansira that the company was previously lacking. Cole explained to Real-Time Daily that Ansira has expertise in data, analytics, CRM and digital, while SQ1 focuses on programmatic media, including display, search and TV, data-driven targeting, acquisition and conversion.
“Together, these offerings will deliver performance for our clients,” he said.
Martin Reidy, Ansira's President/CEO stated that SQ1 are “pioneers” in programmatic buying, allowing them to “take a laser focused approach to executing on their media strategies.”
SQ1's Chief Executive Officer, Ernie Capobianco, sees great benefits for clients of both agencies as a result of the deal.
