Chico’s is launching a suite of digital engagement tools to enable sales associates to provide a more personalized customer shopping experience.
The tools, being implemented through the Salesfloor mobile platform, will allow sales associates to connect with customers via text message, social media and email, according to Chico’s.
“These new tools are just one way we are demonstrating our commitment to innovating, modernizing and digitizing the retail experience across our brands," stated Ann Joyce, Chief Customer Officer and executive vice president of technology at Chico's. “
The new tools, including live shopping apps and online storefronts, are being rolled out at certain Chico’s, White House Black Market, Soma and Chico’s Off the Rack location in the U.S. and Canada.
