Datametrex plans to integrate automated sentiment analysis to its NexaIntelligence AI platform, and is now conducting tests.
The objective is to provide “unique insight when dealing with the large amount of unstructured data that governments and organizations face today,” says Andrew Ryu, chairman and CEO of Datametrex AI.
The Toronto-based company will roll out the feature in the first quarter of 2019. The move is part of a strategic plan to focus on building its core AI and machine-learning capabilities.
The new capability could potentially support enterprise brands with email marketing programs. In addition, the firm hopes to bid on gaining more government RFPs.
