MessageGears and Airship have formed a product integration to help enterprise firms deliver targeted campaigns across multiple channels.
The arrangement combines MessageGears’ email and cross-channel orchestration platform and Airship’s mobile push and in-app messaging tools.
The objective is to provide enterprise brands with an “enterprise cross-channel solution,” states Walter Rowland, SVP, growth, for MessageGears.
Users can launch advanced mobile and email marketing campaigns, using a single interface, the firms say. In addition, they can deliver “sophisticated interactions that advance customer journeys.” states Mike Musson, SVP of strategy and business development for Airship.
Musson adds that “creating exceptional customer experiences today requires deep capabilities and bi-directional data across more and more channels.”
The Airship capabilities are available via an optional enhancement to the MessageGears platform.
