AWeber Gives Entrepreneurs Leg-up With Curate

The Challenge

AWeber wanted a mobile-first, email content creation app that allows people to compose and send email messages to subscribers directly from a mobile device. 

The Execution

It came up with Curate, designed and built for busy, successful entrepreneurs who primarily use social media to grow their businesses. Users can leave their laptop at home, easily write emails, and follow up with customers between bites of pizza, yoga poses, or errands. 

The app saves users time creating email content. Using OS native features, users can quickly and easily share-in content from websites and blogs, apps like Instagram and Pinterest, image-editing tools like Canva, Over and Adobe Spark. 

Additionally, users can share-in images and content from their own mobile devices. Users can even leverage talk-to-text on their mobile devices for quick content creation. 

The app leverages the power of email marketing, a technology that allows users to take control of who sees their content and avoid the limitations of social media algorithms to reach their audiences.

The Results

  • Since Curate's redesign in February 2019, the number of Curate customers has increased by 13.9%. 
  • App usage rose, as the number of customers who have sent a broadcast increased 23.3%. 
  • Since 2017, customers have sent over 6,200 broadcast messages to their subscribers using the Curate app.
