PearlThinks LLC, provider of the Pearl customer data platform, has formed a new integration with Mailchimp’s email marketing platform.
The arrangement allows ecommerce subscribers of both firms to synchronize their email engagement data across platforms, PearlThink says. In addition, they can apply Mailchimp tags within Pearl.
This data flow will enable brands to build audience segments and deliver relevant email campaigns, PearlThink adds.
The company also offers such tools as the Relationship Lifecycle, for visualizing the customer journey; Database Rx, for determining database health, and Marketing Data Assessment, a report on the accuracy and quality of a brand’s contact database.
In addition to its email services, Mailchimp offers a one-stop marketing platform for SMBs covering websites, ad retargeting and social media.
