Touchdown, a French email and SMS marketing firm, has created an email marketing tool for Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer engagement.
Available in English, the new solution allows D365 users to design and send email campaigns based on CRM data, according to a post by MS Dynamics World.
The firm uses Sarbacane's marketing engine, and offers an email builder, customizable templates and reporting, the post continues. In addition, the new service is built on Azure, and complies with GDPR.
Touchdown emerged from Sarbacane Software, provider of the Mailify email and SMS platform, a service that pulled in €10 million in 2018 and has 10,000 customers in over 90 countries, the company claims.
