Picture Motion, a New York-based agency specializing in marketing “impact film and media,” has named Juliette Richey COO.

Richey, who reports to Picture Motion Founder and CEO Christie Marchese, joins the agency from head of production at social media agency Movement Strategy.

In her new role, Richey will head all of Picture Motion’s operations, overseeing its “impact strategy,” distribution and events teams across offices in New York, Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., as well as general business strategy and client relations.
