OTTO.nl Chooses Insider To Drive Cross-Channel Personalization

Global ecommerce brand OTTO.nl has selected Insider, a growth management platform driven by AI, to facilitate personalization in digital channels, including email.

The arrangement allows OTTO.nl to “test the impact of various personalization ideas quickly and continuously optimize experiences across channels," states Linda Mels, team manager performance marketing & CRM at OTTO.nl.

The move follows an evaluation phase in which platforms were assessed based on relevance and operational consistency, Insider says.

OTTO.nl was attracted by Insider’s digital growth features, including its tracking of marketing metrics such as CAC, conversions, LTV and AOV, it says.

Insider unifies customer data across channels while using and leveraging AI and predictive technologies to segment and target users across the funnel, the company says.

It delivers personalized experience, via email, web, mobile web, app and other channels, it says.

Mels adds that "personalization is an important driver for growth within OTTO.nl, and is crucial in delivering an optimal shopping experience.
