Nordisk Film Cinemas, a Scandinavian cinema chain, has chosen Selligent Marketing Cloud to automate its omnichannel digital marketing campaigns.
Selligent will help the chain personalize
email, web, mobile and social media messaging to consumers in Norway, Denmark and Sweden.
Nordisk hopes to make its customer conversations “even more sophisticated, personal and
relevant,” states Erik Kongsvik-Ibsen, COO at Nordisk Film Cinemas.
The chain attracts roughly 9 million guests per year, and has 1 million loyalty members.
