Springbot, a platform for ecommerce brands, has formed an integration with Smile.io, a rewards program provider.
Springbot merchants will gain access to customer loyalty data within
the Springbot platform, the company says.
Loyalty points can be utilized as targeting segments and as dynamic tags within email campaigns, and clients can include a customer's loyalty
program points or referral URLs in emails, the firm says.
In addition, marketers can share customer activity data with Smile.io and use marketing engagement information to grow loyalty points,
Springbot continues.
The integration will provide Springbot’s merchants with a “new way to strengthen their customer relationships and use the resulting data within the system they
already use to manage their marketing programs," states Erika Jolly Brookes, CMO of Springbot.
