Listrak, a marketing cloud technology provider for retailers, has debuted a tool that it says can help brands respond to customer signals.
The new product, Growth Xcelerator Platform (GXP), integrates identity resolution capabilities across Listrak’s cross-channel marketing tools
GXP “takes established channels, like email, and newer channels like SMS, to the next level, while amplifying conversion rates from organic and paid search traffic,” states Ross Kramer, co-founder and CEO of Listrak.
Clients that have tried GXP apparently give it high marks.
“GXP helps us better identify visitors in order to grow our list, maximize conversion rates and increase our trigger email revenues,” states Marcelle Parrish, chief marketing Officer at OCM.
Kramer notes that as “stores close and travel halts to a stop, every retailer understands that engaging customers digitally is paramount to driving their organizations forward.”
