CustomerLabs, a digital marketing infrastructure firm, has debuted a no-code customer data platform.
The new product, CustomerLabs CDP, allows users to collect and sync customer data across their martech stack without writing code, the company claims.
The platform allows users to serve customers across channels, including email.
In addition, it relieves the tedium of collecting customer data from the website, syncing it to a pixel or a marketing automation system or sending CRM data to Google Analytics, the company says.
One user, CogniSec Inc., says CustomerLabs provides an alternative to Google Tag Manager and Segment, providing the means to tag and identify core website events and more effectively retarget those users who did not complete the registration process, "something that would have been nearly impossible with the event platform on its own,” says Taylor Banks, CEO, CogniSec Inc.
