Koopid, an AI-driven customer experience platform, will use Vonage to power cross-channel integration.
The new arrangement will help Koopid to provide “enhanced experiences for agents and customers alike as they continue to expand and scale their business,” states Omar Javaid, President, API Platform Group for Vonage.
Among its other products, Koopid offers a drag-and-drop tool called xDesigner. It allow users to create journey templates that can be used in email, a web portal, mobile app, mobile browser, SM or consumer messaging.
The Vonage Communications Services Platform will allow Koopid's agents to deliver a better experience for callers through sentiment analysis, while providing chatbots, visual IVRs and other self-service capabilities.
The goal is to serve customers in the channel of their choice.
