Attentive, a text-messaging SaaS platform, has launched its text marketing app on Salesforce AppExchange.
The arrangement allows clients to use Attentive’s mobile messaging product to grow their email opt-in and SMS lists, the company says.
They can then send that data to Salesforce Marketing Cloud for cross-channel marketing, it adds.
One client that has tried it is specialty foods retailer Stonewall Kitchen.

Marquis adds: “Now we can continue to drive SMS list growth with Attentive and access that data directly through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping us unify customer engagement touchpoints and gain more insight into our customers.”
