Email delivery firm SparkPost has named WebEngage, provider of a customer data platform and a marketing automation suite, as an international partner.
The goal of the partnership is to help B2C brands to achieve high email delivery rates and ROI, states Sam Holding, Head of International, SparkPost.
The arrangement will provide WebEngage clients with access to SparkPost’s technology while expanding the WebEngage presence in several markets, including Latin America, SEA and EMEA.
In turn, SparkPost hopes to build its influence in the APAC region.
WebEngage says over 1,000 businesses are using its email channel. The firm also supports push notifications, in-app messages and social media communications.
