Salesmsg, a provider of a text-messaging platform for sales and marketing teams, has added features that will allow users to export contacts from their CRMs into the Salesmsg platform.
In addition, the new elements allow firms to manage contacts and record field changes in multiple systems.
The goal is to remove the user’s data-admin job and give them “more time to focus on sales, marketing, and support,” states Chris Brisson, founder and CEO of Salesmsg.
The firm offers contact search syncing, facilitating searches for a match in an integrated CRM.
In addition, it provides message syncing, a feature that syncs all future messages with the contact’s conversation history, the company says.
