Tech Platform Spryker Raises $130 Million In Series C Funding

Spryker, a provider of B2B commerce technology software for global enterprises, has raised over $130 million in a Series C funding, bringing its value to over $500 million, it says.

The round was led by TCV, with participation from existing investors One Peak and Project A Ventures.

The firm, founded in 2014, will use the money to expand its Enterprise Marketplace products and create a third-party technology AppStore, it says.

Spryker claims it helps firms speed the transformation toward transactional business models beyond ecommerce, retail, and desktop.

The firm has 150 customers, and over 250 employees working in offices in Germany, U.S, U.K., the Netherlands, and Ukraine. It is expanding its presence in the U.S. to serve such customers as Ricoh, Siemens, and Toyota.
