Cloud technology provider Listrak has joined the Adobe Exchange Partner Program as an Accelerate partner.
The arrangement will allow Fortune 100 and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands to deliver personalized, cross-channel experiences across the customer journey, Listrak says.
Additionally, marketers using the Listrak platform also have access to the Magento extension designed by Listrak, a tool that allows them trigger email campaigns.
Access to Adobe Analytics will also help brands monitor email metrics, including those sent, opened and unsubscribed, the company says.
The goal is to help retailers “maximize their cross-channel marketing and drive higher levels of engagement,” states Ross Kramer, CEO of Listrak.
