A new tool that allows users deploy email signatures to Outlook is being offered by UK-based Exclaimer Group.
Developed with Microsoft’s product teams, Exclaimer Cloud Outlook Add-In delivers email signatures to Outlook on the web, and will soon be available for Outlook desktop.
The company’s existing tools enable users to deploy signatures as they compose email messages.
The new solution allows IT teams to deploy signatures to every user within a company via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
The tool is designed to give admins "more power to deliver functionality to their end-users," states Daniel Richardson, CTO, Exclaimer.
The company claims that the new offering is easy to deploy, with no need to install email signatures on each machine. Also, users don’t have to be connected to the network.
In addition, signature templates can be tailored for different messages — for example, from different brands.
