Tremor International’s Unruly programmatic ad platform has launched content-level targeting for connected TV (CTV) and over-the-top (OTT) video.
The solution lets buyers specify which shows ads will run in based on 26 segments that define various attributes that mirror linear TV targeting, such as genre and rating, and make scaled buys passed through the bidstream.
Unruly evaluates direct publisher partner data and simplifies the content-level attributes into deals for buyers, according to the company. Publishers can also use Unruly’s private marketplace platform to package buys.
Buyers can activate through Unruly’s direct demand-side platform integrations and via Tremor Video, the demand side of Tremor International’s end-to-end platform.
