Dentsu Retires Gyro Agency Brand, Merges It Into Merkle B2B

Dentsu, which acquired independent agency Gyro in 2016, has merged it with Merkle DWA and is retiring both agencies’ names, and making them part of Merkle B2B, a division of Dentsu’s Merkle unit that launched in September 2020.

Merkle said the move is part of a continuing realignment of its “portfolio” of B2B agencies under Merkle B2B.
