Sendinblue Acquires MeetFox, Scheduling Software Company

Marketing automation platform Sendinblue has acquired MeetFox, a scheduling and video-conferencing software company, broadening its service offering for small businesses while expanding its U.S. presence. Terms were not disclosed.

The purchase will allow Sendinblue clients to integrate a scheduling component through email, app, website, social media page or direct messaging. Users can schedule in-person and online appointments through an automated scheduling system via Sendinblue’s sales CRM and marketing automation.

The goal is to help them “create a more professional user experience and streamline meeting coordination,” says Steffen Schebesta, CEO, North America and vice president of Corporate Development, at Sendinblue.

With this acquisition, Paris-based Sendinblue has added nine employees to the more than 550 globally. In addition, it has picked up offices in Vienna, Austria, and New York City.

The new features will be integrated within the Sendinblue platform over the next 12 months.

The purchase is Sendinblue’s fourth within the last six months. Last September, Sendinblue acquired three ecommerce companies: Chatra, Metrilo and PushOwl, for a total of more than $47 million. That news followed a $160 million Series B funding round in 2020.

Sendinblue was primarily focused on email when founded by Armand Thiberge in 2012. Last year, it expanded its services for enterprise brands, offering an email API for supporting high volumes of transactional emails.
