Marketing automation firms Prisma Campaigns has formed a partnership with Bankjoy, a digital marketing automation platform designed for financial institutions.
Prisma functionality can help Bankjoy clients when they are “designing and executing multichannel campaigns via a central repository and personalizing messages,” says Michael Duncan, CEO of Bankjoy.
Prisma says email marketing is increasingly affected by saturation and lack of trust that lower its delivery, open and click-through rates. It concludes that digital channels are crucial.
Most credit unions and community banks are challenged with they utilize their data to make relevant offers through online and mobile banking channels. Often, this requires using manual, time-consuming processes that are not scalable, the company says.
Bankjoy, founded in 2015, released its Bankjoy 2.0 platform last December, including an integration with Prisma Campaigns.
