Pipedrive Offers An Integrated Email Marketing Tool For SMBs

Pipedrive, a CRM and revenue platform for small businesses, has unveiled a new integrated marketing tool to help SMBs conduct email campaigns. 

The new offering, Campaigns by Pipedrive, enables users to create marketing emails and send them to subscribers, while bringing sales and marketing into one platform, the firm says.  

Campaigns by Pipedrive also brings sales and marketing teams onto one revenue management platform, says Shaun Shirazian, chief product officer at Pipedrive.  

The new platform gathers lead generation, CRM and email marketing in one place. In addition, there is one database -- a unified contacts list with a bulk import option, the company says. 

The platform also features a drag-and-drop campaign builder with customizable email templates based on performance, it adds.  

The product is now generally available to all Pipeline customers.  

Email marketing automations will be available later in summer to facilitate automated lead qualification flows and customer relationship nurturing sequences, Pipedrive continues.  



In 2020, Pipeline acquired Mailigen, a firm that offers an email builder, analytics support, subscriber list management and automation.

Pipedrive is backed by a majority holder Vista Equity Partners, and Bessemer Venture Partners, Insight Partners, Atomico, DTCP, and Rembrandt Venture Partners.
