Standard Chartered Names Publicis Groupe As Global Creative Agency

Publicis Groupe, led by Leo Burnett, has been named Standard Chartered’s global creative agency.

The account will be handled out of the Singapore office. The win comes after a competitive review. The previous agency was TBWA, which serviced the client for 18 years. The work covers creative, digital and production services.

Standard Chartered offers international banking services.

"It’s a privilege to be shaping a global brand of this stature and ambition out of Singapore, and I could not be prouder of the team behind this win,” said Amrita Randhawa, CEO for Publicis Groupe Singapore and Southeast Asia.

In January, Publicis Groupe consolidated the Singapore Tourism Board business. Additional wins this year include Singtel in Singapore, L’Oréal in Southeast Asia and PepsiCo across China, Southeast Asia and India.
