Firm Identifies Attributes To Measure When Benchmarking The User Experience

Userlytics, a user experience research platform, has debuted the ULX Score, a benchmarking tool that allows brands to expand beyond metrics like usability or satisfaction to measure 18 attributes gathered into eight constructs.

These include Appeal, Adequacy, Distinction, Usability, Trust, Performance, Affinity and Appearance, traits that are the main drivers of user experience, the company claims.

A low Appeal rating might mean no one wants to use the product. Or, a low Trust score could denote that consumers do not trust the content.

The ULX Score was designed by the Userlytics’ Professional Services team, after what the firm says were hundreds of thousands of sessions and refinements.

This adds to other perks such as unlimited concurrent testing, Userlytics adds.
