Email deliverability firm Validity has enhanced its
DemandTools Free and Elements editions in an attempt to provide “a DemandTools for everyone,” says Chris Hyde, senior vice president, global head of data solutions at Validity.
Clients can choose the edition based on where they are in their CRM journey.
The company introduced Elements last year, seeking to provide a lower cost option to the full DemandTools
suite.
Validity cites research showing that 44% of CRM users suffer loses over 10% in annual revenue due to poor-quality CRM data.
According to Validity, the enhanced set of
tools includes:
- DemandTools Free — This includes Import, Export, and Delete modules to manage the movement of data in and out of Salesforce, along with a dashboard that
shows duplicate record levels.
- DemandTools Elements — This adds Dedupe and Verify modules to the free edition, providing users with a duplicate-free CRM and the ability to
verify email addresses in bulk.
- DemandTools V Release — DemandTools V Release is an on-premises data-quality platform that handles deduplication, mass modifications
to data migration and data-quality automation.
