CleverTap Offers AI-Driven Tool For Creating Messages

Retention cloud CleverTap has integrated OpenAI into its platform to produce a new content creator. 

The new product, Scribe, can help generate campaign creative, analyze emotions and rewrite copy with the appropriate tone and feeling, the company says. It will be rolled out to CleverTap customers this month. 

Brands can auto-generate emotionally relevant copy and expedite content development by using a few keywords on Scribe, CleverTap says.

Scribe can analyze the emotional content of messages and suggest the best alternative.

Scribe will be especially useful for digital-native businesses seeking to boost conversions with of emotionally intelligent content, CleverTap says.

According to the company, Scribe can produce and analyze content based on five fundamental emotions: fear of missing out, anticipation, trust, joy, and surprise.

The goal is to create “personalized, emotionally relevant messaging to stay connected with users and strengthen digital relationships,” says Jacob Joseph, vice president data science, CleverTap. 

“Studies show that marketers only have two seconds to capture users’ attention in the digital realm,” Joseph adds.“This gives marketers a very brief window to engage their users by tapping into the right emotions, and AI enables brands to build these customized campaigns.”
