Email-SMS Integration Tool Offered By Yotpo

Yotpo has launched an email solution for ecommerce brands. 

The new tool, Yotpo Email, is integrated with Yotpo SMS so brands can leverage the two channels in one place. 

The company claims that over 2,500 brands have tried Yotpo Email, sending 500 million emails thus far. 

According to Yotpo, the new capabilities include: 

  • Segmentation — Brands can obtain a view of the customer across the Yotpo platform, and build engagement with Yotpo Loyalty, Reviews and Subscriptions. 
  • Personalized interactions — Marketers can go beyond merge tags to create more personalized emails. 
  • SMS & email orchestration — Companies can build a multichannel experienced based on their engagement data.

One early adopter placing email and SMS in one spot is Fat and the Moon, a body care and natural cosmetics company.

"Email is one of our strongest marketing channels, so the decision to switch providers was not made lightly,” says Kelsey Davis, marketing operations manager at Fat and the Moon. 

Davis adds, “With the transition to Yotpo Email, we had a dedicated team behind us who came fully prepared with a strategy to help us get started almost immediately without interruption to our content calendar." 

Yotpo Email is now available to all ecommerce brands.  

Yotpo serves such clients as Princess Polly, Rothy's, Moroccanoil, and Steve Madden.
