Columbus, Ohio-based agency The Shipyard has been selected as “agency of record” for three new accounts: San Diego Zoo, American Freight and San Francisco Ballet.
The wins follow formal reviews for San Diego Zoo and American Freight while San Francisco Ballet was an informal assessment.
The Shipyard will serve as media AOR for both San Diego Zoo and San Francisco Ballet.
For the zoo, the agency is tasked with helping the international nonprofit conservation organization amplify its global conservation messaging efforts.
For San Francisco Ballet, the agency's responsibilities for the 2023-24 season include media planning and buying, performance media execution and optimization, performance and insight reporting and analysis, and account management.
The agency will serve as creative AOR for American Freight, a retailer that sells furniture, mattresses, and appliances at a discounted price. It will be responsible for brand strategy and identity development, retail design, and creative campaign production.
In addition to its Columbus headquarters, The Shipyard has offices in Newport Beach, Sacramento and San Diego.
