You seemingly can watch the Super Bowl from anywhere these days.
But what about our most popular electronic device we are always seemingly holding in our hands -- our mobile devices?
Specifically, let's dig deeper when it comes to usage. How many will actually be watching it on their phone -- from beginning to end? It seems that number would be small.
You might have to run out during the game and leave your big-screen Super Bowl viewing for a couple of minutes. You can prop up your mobile device in your car's phone holder and then try to stay tuned on your phone while you're out and about until you get back to the big screen.
But watching the game from beginning to the end -- with all the commercials and scheduled interruptions? Perhaps that is too much work after all.

Still, there must be some viewers who have predominantly watched all the action on their mobile devices.
In March 2023, it was reported that mobile phone share of total streaming viewing time for the Super Bowl in February 2022 amounted to 13.9%.
Connected TV (CTV) sets (38.4%) and smart TVs (33.4%) were the top two devices.
Still, streaming viewing continues to be a very small proportion of viewing overall.
For last year's game, only 6% of the entire 113.1 million viewers who watched on Fox Television Network were those who streamed the game. Fox says this amounted to just under seven million streamers, and did not break out mobile viewing.
If you are a security guard who will be working that day, for example, your mobile phone might be your best friend when it comes to the big game. However, if you are working at a fast-food restaurant, there may be a screen hanging somewhere on the premises.
And if you work at the Apple store, you can easily flip to a game on a tablet or phone -- workers already have the devices in their hands. For those who work at an airport, there are screens to watch at a terminal.
Here is where you can stream Super Bowl 58 on February 14 on CBS:
The CBS Television Network broadcast will be available on its streamer, Paramount+.
Other alternatives: Go to NFL+ and set up a quick account (for $7 per month).
If you have an existing pay TV or cable TV subscription, download the CBS Sports mobile app and have your cable account information ready to sign on.
Virtual pay TV providers FuboTV, Sling TV, YouTube TV and Hulu all have mobile apps where you can watch the big game.
Happy viewing with your big emotions on the small screen. Screams and groans are still encouraged.
