TikTok is expanding its in-app ticket-selling integrations through a new partnership with AXS, an American ticket outlet for live sports and entertainment events. TikTok users can now search and purchase tickets from AXS directly through the social video-sharing app.
The feature, which TikTok says will eventually be available to users worldwide, has launched in the US, UK, Sweden, and Australia, allowing TikTok performers residing in these regions to promote their live shows by adding AXS event links directly to their videos.
TikTok -- which has grown into a leading music-discovery tool across the globe -- signed its first ticket-selling deal with Ticketmaster in 2022, launching a beta version of the mini-app through promotions with popular artists like Demi Lovato, Usher, One Republic, the Backstreet Boys and WWE performers

TikTok then expanded the Ticketmaster partnership the next year to over 20 additional markets.
Last October, TikTok worked with Tickets.com to sell tickets to its first live music event ever -- “In the Mix” -- which featured new and established artists whose music was thriving on the app.
Beyond TikTok, AXS already sells tickets on various entertainment services including music streaming platform Spotify and Bandsintown, a live show tracker, through its AXS Anywhere program.
