House 337 has a new chief creative officer, Josh Green.
Joining the agency in May 2023 as executive creative director, his new appointment will transition the agency leadership from a collective creative model to one guided by Green.
He reports to CEO Phil Fearnley.
Prior to this, he was executive creative director at Octagon in New York and London.
Fearnley said Green "doesn’t fit a mold. And that’s what makes him perfect for this role. He brings broad experience, a razor-sharp strategic sensibility and an alchemic approach to team building."
The CEO said Green was also key in House 337's acquisition of AI agency Vixen Labs and the launch of its sports practice, led by a team poached from sports agency Octagon in July 2023. Green developed the sports practice, as well as led sports and culture projects across the agency's portfolio and new business pitches.

Green added that leading "one of London's most iconic agencies is a great privilege and an enormous responsibility. Sadly, we find the industry in the midst of an era that prioritizes blandness and short-termism. I believe brands are built through creativity and commitment. There’s an old adage in screenwriting that says every scene must move the plot forward. It’s a mandate we apply to our work at House 337."
The new CCO will oversee all accounts, including Sky, Royal Navy, E.ON and Simply Be.
