Tom Ghiden is the new managing
director for adam&eveDDB London.
Previously, he helped launch JOAN London, with clients including eBay, Rare Beauty and Luna. Before that, Ghiden worked at various agencies: managing partner McCann London, senior board account director, AMV BBDO, and business director at Grey.
He has worked with top-tier clients, including Procter & Gamble, Mars, Gillette and Pernod Ricard.
Miranda Hipwell, CEO at adam&eveDDB, said Ghiden: “brings a rare mix of commercial acumen, creative ambition and deep care for the people and culture that power great work and meaningful results.”
The appointment follows other senior leadership moves this year, with Ant Nelson and Mike Sutherland promoted to joint Chief Creative Officers and Will Grundy becoming Chief Strategy Officer.
