Creative agency TMW, part of Accenture Song, has promoted three
senior staffers.
Kate Howard, Paul Dazely and Jos Ingram have taken on newly created roles that reflect the agency's revenue growth.
Howarth is now head of client services, head of
planning. She has supervised new client wins, including Aviva and Bulk, and reports to Chief Client Officer Karen Morris. Howarth continues to manage some of the agency's biggest accounts, including
McDonald's and Suzuki.
Paul Dazeley has been upped to group head of planning, while Jos Ingram has been named group planning director. Dazeley has worked closely on the McDonald's and Freely
accounts and reports to Dan Bowers, Chief Strategy Officer.
Ingram's promotion puts her in charge of the agency's CRM future. Ingram has been the strategic lead on many of TMW's biggest
customer engagement accounts, including Vodafone and NS&I. Her team will work with the Human Understanding Lab and Accenture Song to develop tech solutions to advance CRM. She reports to
Dazeley.
