Following the release of its F-List 2025 report earlier
this week, Clean Creatives has followed up with an out-of-home ad campaign in New York, timed to Climate NYC, that spotlights the major ad-marketing holding groups and
their relationships with the fossil fuel industry.

The OOH displays are placed near the headquarters of Edelman, Havas, Omnicom and WPP.
The creative features what appear
to be oversized receipts that CC says “capture the enormity of the scale to which the agencies are tied to Big Oil.”
The “receipts” include the
number of fossil fuel-related contracts each company has and the estimated revenue that Clean Creatives estimates are derived from those contracts.
Messages ask the holding groups to
sign the Clean Creatives pledge and forego ties to fossil fuel marketing.
“We publish the F-List because we believe every marketing professional deserves to know what work is being done in their
offices,” said Duncan Meisel, executive director, Clean Creatives. “We brought the receipts to the front door of major agencies on the F-List because when employees learn about the work
being done for polluters, they speak out about it. Fossil fuel companies are actively harming insurance, confection, coffee, and health clients in agencies’ portfolios, and agencies will have
stronger workplaces and growth pathways without them.”
