
Twenty-year-old Aviation American Gin has debuted its first flavor:
Cranberry and Blood Orange. And to toast its arrival, the Ryan Reynolds-owned brand has debuted a tongue-in-cheek social spot touting innovation.
The ad runs on You Tube, Reynolds and Aviation's social nets, including Instagram.
The cocktails for the new gin include Bloody Good Mimosa, Blimey
Fizz and Crimson Cosmo.
Ricky Collett, gin category marketing director at Diageo, the brand's parent company, said: "We wanted to create new occasions for consumers to engage with Aviation in
fresh, creative ways, focused on crafting a liquid that delivers versatility, accessibility and an exceptional flavor experience."

Enthusiast, earning a 97-point rating. It is noted for using botanicals such as cardamom, lavender, coriander, anise seed, sarsaparilla and dried orange peel, rather than juniper-heavy,
which is traditional.
Maximum Effort is owned by Reynolds and in addition to creating ads, also makes movies, such as "Deadpool." Its "fastvertising" lineup has included Peloton and State
Farm.
