MSQ DX has acquired
Atlanta-based digital agency Arke. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The agency will rebrand as MSQ DX. The deal signals added growth in the U.S. market and unites MSQ's digital agencies 26
DX, MMT and UDG under a single global brand, leadership and market identity.
MSQ DX reports more than 600 digital specialists worldwide, delivering over $80 million in annual revenue, and
producing work for Porsche, Bosch, Vodafone and Caesars Entertainment.
“Becoming MSQ DX represents far more than a name change — it reflects the scale, connected thinking, and
specialized expertise that now define our digital offering,” said Eric Stoll, CEO of MSQ DX Americas. “For our clients, it means access to a true digital center of excellence in North
America.” Those accounts include Chase, Mars, Booking.com and Coca-Cola.
The 20-year-old Arke had five new business wins in Q1 across financial services, healthcare,
manufacturing and travel and hospitality. It also adds an 80-person team.
Based in the U.K, U.S. and Europe, MSQ DX is led by Rebecca Crook (U.K.), Florian Frey and Mathias Reinhardt (Europe)
and Eric Stoll (Americas).
MSQ DX is part of MSQ, which counts 1,850 people across 24 global hubs.
