    Assuming that these findings are projectable to all upfront buyers and that they are accurate indicators, it would seem as if the upcoming TV upfront will see another fairly healthy increase in spending---as those indicating more spending far outnumbered those planning to spend less. "eMarketer" recently estimated a mere 2.5% increase in upfront TV ad dollars, which, we believe, may be an overly pessimistic prediction.
